Evento valido per il Circuito Domani Arriva Sempre - SwimRun

L’Asd Domani Arriva Sempre di Cervia in collaborazione con il Bagno 340 di Milano Marittima è lieta di invitarvi, il giorno 21 Maggio 2023  all'evento di SwimRun  8 Full 8 The Last SwimRunner  il primo evento di SwimRun ad eliminazione in circuito.

Gara internazionale di SWIMRUN categorie Solo.  

Regolamento : 

Gli atleti partecipanti a 8 Full8 The Last SwimRunner si sfideranno su di un percorso ad anello di 5.400 metri composto da 2 frazioni swim e 2 frazioni run .

Il tempo limite per la conclusione di un giro è di 1 ora***

Partenza collettiva alle ore 9,00

Ogni ora verrà ridata la partenza con tutti gli atleti rimasti in gara. 

Le partenze successive saranno quindi alle ore : 10,00 - 11,00 - 12,00 - 13,00 - 14,00 

L'ultimo atleta che rimarrà in gara vincerà la competizione.

Nel caso di due o più atleti sul percorso la partenza delle 14,00 sarà comunque l'ultima ed andrà a decretare il/la vincitore/trice assoluto/a

 

*** agli atleti che concluderanno il giro oltre l'ora verrà tolto il pettorale e potranno continuare a correre e nuotare a piacimento senza ostacolare chi è ancora in gara

8 Full 8 Esperieziale  è evento non competitivo nel corso del quale gli atleti potranno conoscere e provare lo swimrun nello stesso percorso degli eventi competitivi.

Arrivo non oltre le ore 15,00   

8 Full 8 SwimRun è inserita nel calendario nazionale SWIMRUN CSEN, è una prova valida per il 2° circuito

Domani Arriva Sempre di SwimRun ed è in assoluto la prima gara Ultra ad eliminazione

8 Full 8 SwimRun rispetta il regolamento Csen Swim Run

La location di svolgimento della gara è la spiaggia/cittadina di Lido di Savio,  il punto di ritrovo e la base di tutto l'evento è il Lupo trequaranta,  ultimo baluardo della città di Cervia Milano Marittima dal quale avverrà la partenza del giro e si concluderà ogni giro di gara.

La partenza sarà a nuoto, seguito da una corsa in battigia, un altra frazione di nuoto ed una frazione più lunga di corsa che attraverserà l'entroterra per rientrare al Bagno 340.

Il giro completo* si attesta in poco più di 5.400 mt. , le distanze delle singole frazioni sono 700 mt swim - 900 mt run - 500 mt swim. - 3.300 mt run

Event valid for the Circuit Tomorrow Comes Always - SwimRun

Asd Domani Arriva Semper di Cervia in collaboration with Bagno 340 of Milano Marittima is pleased to invite you, on May 21, 2023, to the SwimRun 8 Full 8 The Last SwimRunner event, the first SwimRun elimination event on the circuit.

SWIMRUN international competition Solo categories.

Regulations:

The athletes participating in 8 Full8 The Last SwimRunner will compete on a ring course of 5,400 meters consisting of 2 swim sections and 2 run sections.

The time limit for completing a lap is 1 hour ***

Collective departure at 9.00

Every hour the start will be restarted with all the athletes remaining in the race.

Subsequent departures will therefore be at: 10.00 - 11.00 - 12.00 - 13.00 - 14.00

The last athlete remaining in the race will win the competition.

In the case of two or more athletes on the course, the departure at 2.00 pm will in any case be the last and will decide the absolute winner.

 

*** athletes who finish the lap after the hour will be removed from the bib and will be able to continue running and swimming at will without hindering those who are still in the race

8 Full 8 Esperieziale is a non-competitive event during which athletes will be able to learn about and try the swimrun in the same course as the competitive events.

Departure from 9.00 after the competitive ones

Arrival no later than 3.00 pm

8 Full 8 SwimRun is included in the national SWIMRUN CSEN calendar, it is a valid test for the 2nd circuit

Always SwimRun arrives tomorrow and is the first ever Ultra race in timed mode on the circuit (8 hour version)

8 Full 8 SwimRun respects the Csen Swim Run rules

The location of the race is the beach / town of Lido di Savio, the meeting point and the basis of the whole event is Bagno 340, the last bastion of the city of Cervia Milano Marittima from which the start of the tour will take place and will conclude each lap of the race.

The start will be by swimming, followed by a run on the shoreline, another swimming fraction and a longer running fraction that will cross the hinterland to return to Bagno 340.

The complete circuit * stands at just over 5,400 meters. , the distances of the individual hamlets are 700 mt swim - 900 mt run - 500 mt swim. - 3,300 mt run
